The integration server receives commands from several Subscription Management Systems to add subscriptions to or remove subscriptions from smart cards. The integraion server passes this information on to a conditional access system that adds subscription information per smart card to the digital television signal. The decoder of customers uses this information to determine which channels can or cannot be watched.
